General help, not an official forecast
The weather here comes from public sources like NOAA, the National Weather Service, and the National Hurricane Center. We gather it to make it easy to read. It is for general planning only. It is not an official forecast or a safety warning.
During a storm, flood, or other emergency, follow the official sources. Use the National Weather Service (weather.gov/crp), the Texas Division of Emergency Management (tdem.texas.gov), and your local officials. Their word is final.
No promises ("as is")
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will always be correct, complete, or online. Data can be delayed, wrong, or missing.
Limit of responsibility
As far as the law allows, North Point Computers is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this site or the data on it. Always use your own judgment and the official sources for safety decisions.
